Spam, Virus and offensive content filtering
Optional filtering packages are available with all West Australian Networks accounts. There are two levels of protection Essential @ $49.95 Inc GST per mailbox per year and Premium @ $99.00 Inc GST per mailbox per year.
You can bundle your landline to your ADSL2+ connection for only an additional $5.50 / mth (includes line rental charge).
If you bundle your home phone with your ADSL2+ connection, we can offer the following specials:
- Phone only (ULL) Activation fee - $145 Free of Charge if you waive the CSG (Customer Service Guarantee)
For those clients who only want our phone services, we can offer this from:
- Line Rental - $34.95 / mth
- Transfer your home line to us - $60
Please note while there is no contract on the ADSL2+ conneciton there is a 12 month contract on the phone lines. The early termination fee is $165 pro-rata over 12 months or $13.75 for every month remaining on the contract if terminated in under 12 months.

** Speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format e.g.: 24/1Mb represents UP TO 24000kbps downstream/1000 kbps upstream.
Connection of ADSL2 accounts takes (on average) between 14 and 21 working days.

We do not charge a flagfall on any calls.
Shaping
Capped ADSL2+ Internet plans will be shaped based on a calendar
month billing cycle and automatically shaped for the remainder
of the month once the relevant limit is reached. Downloads
will be shaped back to 64kb when the data usage limit exceeds
the limit applicable to each account.
