- Included Data (MB) means downloads only are measured to produce billable total.
- Unused usage allowance cannot be rolled over into subsequent months.
- When calculating usage, 1 GB = 1000 Megabytes (MB)
- * Speeds are presented in downstream/upstream format e.g.: 256/64 represents up to 256kbps downstream/64 kbps upstream.
- Static IP's can added for:
Single IP $55 p/yr or $5 p/mth (no setup fee for single IP)
Setup fee for subnets $55.00 (a single IP is required in addition for a subnet)
4IPs $64 p/yr or $5.35 p/mth
8IPs $128 p/yr or $10.70 p/mth
16IPs $192 p/yr or $16.05 p/mth
32IPs $384 p/yr or $32.10 p/mth
256IPs $3072 p/yr or $256.80 p/mth

Shaping
Capped ADSL Internet plans will be shaped based on a calendar month billing cycle and automatically shaped for the remainder of the month once the relevant limit is reached. Downloads will be shaped back to 64kb when the data usage limit exceeds the limit applicable to each account.
ADSL Installation
Set-up Fees & other charges
- A once off setup fee will be charged for each ADSL link (Fee depends on contract period selected)
- Early Termination Charge - Once off fee if your ADSL link is disconnected within six (6) months of installation $75
- Changing the speed of link (faster or slower) will incur a fee of $55
Churn Charges
Churn (e.g. End user from external DSL provider to West Australian Networks) including speed change if required is normally $55 (Discounts down to Free with optional longer contracts)

Modems
You will require an ADSL modem once your line is configured for ADSL. Please click here for a list of the modems supplied and supported by West Australian Networks . Please note all modems, routers and firewall's supplied are pre configured and simply need to be plugged in. If you would like help on choosing a modem / router please contact us during Perth business hours on 0862679130 or send an email to sales@westnet. net.au . Our friendly staff will recommend the best solution for you.
Alternatively you can provide your own modem. Please note however modems not purchased from West Australian Networks will not be supported free of charge. If you opt to purchase a modem elsewhere please ensure the supplier will support and or configure the router for you . Charges will apply (see Onsite setup below) should our assistance be required.

Onsite setup (Perth Metro only) $150. Includes up to one hour on site, there after $150.00 p/hr.

Network Installation
Whilst the above installation fee/s cover the physical ADSL installation and configuration, installation and delivery of the ADSL modem, other components may be required to either create or integrate this service into your network. This additional work (if required) will be charged at the standard hourly rate ($150 p/hr).
Additional Cable Work - Central Filter
If on site cabling work is required (installation ofcentral filter, relocate and or install phone sockets, Ethernet cables / sockets etc etc) our cable team can arrange this for you. A standard central filter installation is from $176 including central filter. Additional labour charged at $130 p/hr. Additional parts may be required. Price will be confirmed by the installer on site prior to commencing the job.

Terms & Conditions
- Credit terms are strictly in advance, payment for setup and first month is required with order.
- Payment accepted by Cash, All major credit cards, EFT, Direct deposit, Cheque (and just about anything else you can think of).
- Payment must be made before due date each month once service is established.
- A 6 month contract is used for the supply of all DSL services.
- Please allow approx 10 working days for installation of your service, (average is 4 working days), variations will occur.
